Story board development and writing of your video
script. In order to develop the story board
and script for your video, we ask that you fax us a
copy of the listing, or listing input sheet. Then
we'lll discuss with you on the phone specifics about
the house. For example, one of the most
important questions that we ask is, "Who is the target
buyer for this property?" This will allow us to
tailor the video to your audience. You'll be asked for a
list of the amenities that you'd like to highlight and
anything else that you'd like to showcase in the home.
The story board is prepared and a professional
script is written. The script will be faxed or
emailed to you for your final approval.

One camera man with professional camera, microphone
and tripod for 2 hours at your location. The
camera man will arrive on location and review the
lighting and sound in the home and make necessary
adjustments in the shots. You will have a small
wireless microphone attached to your shirt which will
ensure that we are capturing the best possible sound
for the video open house. Using the script as a
guide, the camera man will shoot each room in the
script, and you pointing out details and giving
explanations. At the end of the shoot, the
camera man will have you sit down and read the voice
over part of the script into the microphone. The
camera man also will shoot footage of your town or
city for the introduction of the video.

One director for 2 hours at your location to oversee
the shoot. The director will help you with
your parts in the video open house and make sure that
we capture all of the shots in the script. Of
course there is plenty of room to add lib and to show
features not in the original script. You can be
as creative as you'd like and we've found that most
agents feel right at home walking through a home
pointing out details. This is the time to let
your personality shine through. You are not only
selling a home, but yourself. The director is
trained to get the most entertaining, engaging and
informational video possible.

A professional video editor will edit your video.
The raw footage is then loaded on to one our computers
and edited with Final Cut Pro. It's here that
the magic is created. We're able to correct and
enhance colors, make corrections, and adjust the
audio. The editor will add the music, titles and
voice overs. After the video is edited, you will
be able to view your open house online and give your
final approval.

Encoding and compression of your finished video for a
maximum streaming experience. In order to
stream a video on the web, it must be compressed and
encoded. We have chosen to stream using Flash
because this player is already installed on most
computers. Your video will be encoded to stream
on a computer with a broadband connection.

Your video will be hosted on our streaming video
server network for up to one year. Your
video is hosted on a server network specifically
designed to provide an instant , always on,
streaming experience, effectively eliminating
buffering time and reducing the likelihood of an
interruption in play due to network conditions.

Your Realtor.com listing will be linked to your video
open house via the little red house virtual tour logo.

information and video will be created. The
link to this page can be used in your newspaper ads,

You will receive your video link and html so that you
can add the video to your personal Realtor webpage.
We will send you a link so that you can link directly
to the video open house web page or send you the html code so
that you can insert just the video itself in to your
own webpage.

Your
video will be encoded so it can be played on an iPod.
A download link will be placed on your video open
house web page. Customers will be able to
download your video to their iPod and show it their
friends and family. You can also download the
video to your iPod and show it to potential customers
or use it on a listing presentation as a selling tool.

will receive 50 DVD's with your video. DVD's
can be handed out at your open houses, or used for
