This is a sample of a script for an open house video.  This symbol ( -> ) is instruction for the camera man.  Voice over, is dialogue that you read into the microphone after the video shoot.  This voice over dialogue is later added to the video.  Anything in quotes is dialogue that you would say on camera.  Notice that lines said on camera are usually one line.  This makes it really simple for you to remember and natural to say.  The script is used as a guide and agents frequently ad lib which makes the final video interesting and fun.

Voice over – Calabasas is located in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains about 8 miles east of the Pacific Ocean.
